Job Description
Our client in the Hospitality industry is currently looking for a Head Waiter in Sea Point, Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, always maintaining a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Exhibit impeccable presentation and communication skills, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
- Fluent in English, will play a pivotal role in staff management, guest services, cash handling, and restaurant preparation for service.
- A professional history of 2 - 3 years in the field.
- Able to work with a POS system.
- Must have grade 12 and be computer literate.
- Excellent sales and customer care skills.
- Strong admin skills.
- Knowledge of stock control.
- Up to R5 750 per month.
