Head Trails Guide - Luxury Safari Lodge - Hoedspruit Limpopo
Our client is seeking an experienced and safety-driven Head Trails Guide to oversee guiding operations at their luxury safari lodge near Hoedspruit, Limpopo. This role is ideal for a senior guide with strong leadership skills who is passionate about conservation, guest education, and mentoring junior guides.
Salary: R12 000 - R18 000 per month
Roster: 3 weeks on / 1 week off

Description
The Head Trails Guide will lead walking safaris and game drives, ensure guest safety, and maintain guiding standards across the lodge.
You will mentor and train guides, manage guiding equipment, and ensure compliance with FGASA and reserve regulations.
You will play a key role in shaping the guest experience while supporting the lodge's long-term guiding and conservation vision.
Minimum Requirements

• FGASA Level 2 (minimum)
• Trails Guide qualification essential
• Valid PDP and First Aid
• Proven lodge guiding experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
