To provide specialised and defined business management and project management support to the Head People & Culture, Business & Commercial Banking and to design, consolidate, integrate and implement BCB's People & Culture strategic initiatives. Implement mechanisms to monitor progress, identify implementation challenges and develop tactical plans for problem solving and managing the risk.
