About the Role: Take the reins of a critical growth channel by leading the wholesale division for a globally recognised lifestyle brand. As the Head of Wholesale, you'll be responsible for strategy development, revenue growth, key account management, and channel expansion both locally and internationally. This role demands commercial acumen, brand alignment, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with premium retailers and stockists. You will lead a team and work cross-functionally with product, logistics, and marketing to deliver a seamless wholesale experience. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement wholesale strategies to grow domestic and international sales.
Manage relationships with key accounts and premium retail partners.
Lead the wholesale team, setting KPIs and performance targets.
Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to align stock with seasonal demand.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Represent the brand at trade shows and wholesale presentations.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in wholesale, ideally in fashion, dxc3xa9cor, or lifestyle brands.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Proven success in growing B2B sales channels.
