As we scale, we're looking for a Head of Sales to lead our US sales team--managing and motivating a remote team of 10-15 sales reps. This is a key leadership role with real impact as we enter our next phase of growth.
We're not just looking for someone who can close deals--we want someone who can build and lead a high-performing team. If you're a process-driven sales leader who thrives in a remote environment, knows how to coach a team to success, and is obsessed with the numbers (CRM, KPIs, performance metrics)--this could be your next big move.

You'll need to bring:

What you'll get:
$2500 - $3500/month base salary -
