Key Requirements:
- BSc. / B.Eng. in Civil Engineering
- MSc. or MBA qualification
- 15-20 years experience in transportation such as Maritime, Aviation, Rail, Roads and Highways
- Professionally registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer
