Job Summary We are proud to be axc3x82 Top Employer of this year and we searching for axc3x82 Head of Solutions to m anage our customer expectations with all their architectural needs to j oin our dyamic team xc3x82 at Randburg, Johannesburg. xc3x82 xc3x82 xc3x82 Required Experience: 15 years + experience as Senior person with strong business and technical skills Experience in designing and solutioning Managed Services offerings Provide strategic IT solutions to strategic business problems/requirements Experience in major Enterprise Architecture domains (including Business, Application, Data Infrastructure) ICT Infrastructure Architecture knowledge (ITIL or TOGAF) Co-Ordinate Business Support Functions xc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x80x9c e.g. Legal and Finance Advising on IT practices, policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications:xc3x82 Degree in Computer science, ITIL and Architectural certificate (TOGAF) Roles and Responsibilities will be focused on leveragingxc3x82 technologyxc3x82 to create effective and scalable manage services solutions for the organization: Strategic Planning: xc3x82 You will work closely with seniorxc3x82 ITxc3x82 and business leaders to align thexc3x82 IT strategyxc3x82 with the overallxc3x82 business objectives. This involves understanding business requirements, identifying technology trends, and developing anxc3x82 ITxc3x82 roadmap that supports the organization's goals. Servicesxc3x82 Solution Architecture: xc3x82 You willxc3x82 leadxc3x82 the design andxc3x82 developmentxc3x82 ofxc3x82 ITxc3x82 managed servicesxc3x82 solutions (includingxc3x82 XaaS) that meet business requirements. Including evaluating differentxc3x82 technologies, platforms, and frameworks, and making informed decisions about the bestxc3x82 architecturalxc3x82 approaches. You will ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices; and Customer Solutions Presentations. Technologyxc3x82 Evaluation andxc3x82 Integration: xc3x82 You will stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization. You will assess the feasibility ofxc3x82 integratingxc3x82 new technologies into existing systems, ensuring compatibility, security, and scalability. Risk Management:xc3x82 You will identify and mitigatexc3x82 risksxc3x82 associated with IT solutions, considering factors such as data security, compliance, and potential disruptions. You will work closely with thexc3x82 IT securityxc3x82 team to implement appropriate measures and ensure that solutions are resilient against potential threats. Financial Management:xc3x82 You will along withxc3x82 risk managementxc3x82 practices, implement financial measures to de-riskxc3x82 the business whilst still maintaining market related competitiveness. Opportunity Assessment:xc3x82 You will assess each opportunity that is requested from the Services Solutionsxc3x82 Architects, determine the appropriate scope fit to our offerings and allocate to anxc3x82 architectxc3x82 once the requiredxc3x82 pre-salesxc3x82 qualification has been completed. Managexc3x82 Recovery Time Objectives : Recovery Time objectives will be set for the Services Solutions team, all time objectives are to be captured in the iOCO IS approved Enterprise Workforce Management System. Process Definition: xc3x82 You will work closely with thexc3x82 Salesxc3x82 and Operational teams to define, review and refine processes and procedures impacting Client Onboarding, Service Activation andxc3x82 XaaSxc3x82 activations. Value Propositions Enablement: xc3x82 You will understand and help refine the business value propositions, including new service offerings and enable thexc3x82 salesxc3x82 teams to sellxc3x82 Managed Servicesxc3x82 offerings. Executive Reporting:xc3x82 You will deliver Exco reporting on the opportunities, RTOxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s and Cost of Production for the top RFPxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s responded to. Team Leadership:xc3x82 You willxc3x82 managexc3x82 and mentor a team of Services Solutions Architects, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. You will set performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster a culture of continuous learning andxc3x82 developmentxc3x82 within the team. Stakeholder Management:xc3x82 You will engage with stakeholders from various departments and business units to understand their needs and challenges. You will collaborate with them to define solution requirements, gather feedback, and ensure that the solutions align with their expectations. Collaboration Communication:xc3x82 You will collaborate withxc3x82 cross-functional teams (software development, infrastructure, and operations), ensure seamlessxc3x82 integrationxc3x82 of solutions. You will also communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between business andxc3x82 technology.
