Head of Sales - Property Management Services (UK Market, Based at our Cape Town Office)



Overview



City Estate Solutions is expanding its footprint in the residential property management sector. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven

Head of Sales

to lead the growth of our property management services division--focusing on

block management for apartment buildings

and

lettings management for residential units

.

The ideal candidate will be based in our

Cape Town office

and will be responsible for leading all

sales and client acquisition activity across our UK regions

, managing digital sales funnels, direct sales efforts and overseeing the management of our small internal property portfolio currently serviced by an Administrator.

This is a high-impact role for someone with a

strong track record in real estate services sales

, capable of scaling a business unit through strategic lead generation, conversion, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Leadership & Growth

Drive new business acquisition for block and lettings management services in targeted UK regions. Develop and manage inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns, including automation tools and CRM pipelines. Build relationships with landlords, developers, and resident associations to secure management mandates. Lead sales calls, develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close service contracts.

Digital Marketing & Funnel Management

Implement and refine online lead generation strategies via SEO, paid advertising, landing pages, and partnerships.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales content and campaigns tailored to the UK market. Track lead performance, optimise conversion rates, and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.

Business Development

Identify new market opportunities and growth channels across UK property sectors. Represent City Estate Solutions in virtual property forums, expos, and professional networks.

Operational Oversight

Line manage the Property Administrator and ensure delivery of high-quality service for the internal portfolio.

Work with internal teams to transition new client contracts into managed service arrangements. Maintain oversight of compliance, client onboarding, and service handovers.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in

real estate sales

, particularly in

property or block management

services. Strong knowledge of

UK property markets

and understanding of client acquisition in the lettings or block management space. Experience with

CRM platforms

, digital marketing tools, and online lead generation strategies. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently while managing and supporting a small team. A self-starter with a commercial mindset and growth orientation.
