JSBC Labs is a fast-growing technology company delivering digital solutions to local and international clients. We are seeking an experienced

Head of Sales & Partnerships

to lead new business acquisition, manage partner networks, and drive predictable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

New Business Development

Identify, prospect, and close new clients across local and international markets. Lead discovery calls, solution demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Partnership & Channel Growth

Build and manage referral networks, industry alliances, and channel relationships. Create co-selling opportunities and partner-driven pipelines.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reporting. Provide reliable forecasts to leadership. Analyse win/loss trends and refine sales messaging.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Lead Solution Architect on scoping, LOEs, and SOWs. Share customer insights with the marketing and product teams.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales (SaaS, technology or recruitment tech is advantageous). Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work full-time in-office in Pinelands, Cape Town. Experience selling to both local and international clients is an advantage.
