POSITION: Head of Sales
NATURE OF BUSINESS: Engineering Services Businesses
JOB LOCATION: Johannesburg, Gauteng
REPORTING TO: Group Chief Executive Officer
SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY:
Continue to drive bold growth plans of the company and spearhead this expansion and coordinating and lead the growth of the group of businesses to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness, ultimately achieving targeted results.
KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• Energetic, ambitious, and creative
• Preference for an individual who is entrepreneurial and passionate about driving sustainable topline growth through innovation
• Strong engineering background, extensive networks in Africa, and the ability to drive business plans and budgets, ensuring timely reporting and performance reviews
• At least 5-10 years' experience in an operational leadership role in a product manufacturing organisation which supplies goods and consumables to major industries
• Strong commercial acumen is required, with finance, costing and supply chain management experience
• Collaborative management and leadership style and a strong ambassador of the existing culture of the business

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field); MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
