As the Risk Manager, you'll play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across digital operations, payments, fraud, cyber, compliance, and third-party environments -- helping the business scale safely, smartly, and sustainably
Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain an enterprise risk management framework aligned to a dynamic e-commerce environment
• Identify and assess operational, financial, cyber, fraud, regulatory, and technology risks
• Partner with business, tech, finance, and compliance teams to embed risk-aware decision-making
• Oversee fraud risk, payments risk, and third-party/vendor risk across platforms
• Develop and monitor risk indicators, dashboards, and reporting for senior management
• Lead risk assessments for new products, digital initiatives, and process changes
• Support regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to online trading and digital payments
• Drive a strong risk culture while enabling innovation and growth

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Professional qualification (advantageous)
• Proven experience in risk management within e-commerce, fintech, digital, retail, or tech-enabled environments
• Strong understanding of operational risk, fraud risk, cyber risk, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience working closely with technology and data teams
• Analytical, commercially minded, and solutions-driven
• Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
