Job Description
Umhlanga. A leading national retail Head Office is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Head of Property to oversee and drive the organisation's property strategy. This senior role is ideal for a property professional with a strong background in real estate, project management, leasing and rentals within a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Requirements:
- 5-10 years' experience, preferably in the real estate or retail property space
- Proven experience in project management, leasing and rental negotiations
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and property portfolios
- Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Property Management, Real Estate Finance or a related field
