Head of Product Economics - Vehicle & Asset Finance (VAF)
What You'll Take Ownership Of:

• Architecting and implementing pricing strategies that balance risk, reward, and competitiveness.
• Partnering with Credit, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver insights that fuel smarter decisions.
• Forecasting, modelling, and aligning product profitability across the entire VAF lifecycle.
• Translating complex economics into actionable plans that boost portfolio performance.
• Influencing the executive strategy in a space that directly impacts bottom-line growth.

What We're Looking For:

• A Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics (bonus points for a Master's!).
• 5-10 years' experience in credit, pricing, or product strategy--ideally within asset-based lending or banking.
• Advanced understanding of secured lending, pricing mechanics, and portfolio analytics.
• Confidence in operational thinking--able to connect strategy to systems and delivery.
• A commercial thinker who can identify value levers and move the needle.
• Natural leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
