Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment firm, is seeking a highly experienced and driven Head of Partnerships for our client in the Insurance Industry in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue for our clients in the insurance sector.

As the Head of Partnerships, you will play a critical role in identifying and securing partnership opportunities with key stakeholders, including insurers, brokers, and other industry players. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, negotiating partnership agreements, and driving the successful implementation of partnership initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a partnership strategy to drive growth and revenue in the insurance industry
• Identify and assess potential partnership opportunities, including insurers, brokers, and other industry players
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive the successful implementation of partnership initiatives
• Monitor and measure partnership performance against agreed upon KPIs
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, or a related field
• 8 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in financial services
• Previous experience managing key business accounts and / or relationships
• RE Exams highly advantageous
• Deep understanding of insurance industry incl. market and competitor landscape
• Must have a proven track record with understanding and contributing to complex Commercial Agreements (across multi xe2x80x93 faceted industries)
• Exposure to Retail or Non xe2x80x93 Retail partner environments
• Proven track record of successfully securing and managing partnerships in the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and key market trends
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to work
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
