Job Description
Lead a team to achieve ambitious sales targets across multiple media channels
Build tailored media proposals based on campaign performance insights
Collaborate with buying teams and category managers to identify new sales opportunities
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Support junior team members with sales coaching and deal structuring
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Senior-level experience in media sales, retail, or marketing
Proven track record in delivering commercial growth
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data
