Our client, a respected financial services organization, is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to spearhead their comprehensive marketing strategy and brand initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead cross-divisional marketing functions and provide strategic insight to senior management
• Drive corporate brand culture and internal marketing initiatives

Campaign Management & Communications

• Oversee PR, media relations, and all external communications
• Develop promotional strategies and advertising campaigns
• Manage creative content development across multiple channels
• Lead digital marketing activities including web, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners
• Manage broker engagement strategies across regions
• Lead a marketing team including graphic design and events management professionals
• Oversee external agencies and marketing partnerships

Events & Brand Management

• Execute comprehensive events calendar for maximum brand exposure
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
• Manage both internal and external events in collaboration with various teams

WHAT YOU BRING Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (highly advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience in corporate or agency environment
• Proven track record as a marketing professional with solid understanding of marketing principles
• Financial Services Industry experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of marketing tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, WordPress)
• Strong digital marketing capabilities
