Job description:

• Develop and execute a world-class marketing strategy across digital, traditional, PR, and experiential channels
• Align marketing plans with the business vision and growth objectives
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility at scale
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, creativity, and results
• Champion and protect brand identity
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand visuals across all touchpoints
• Launch impactful campaigns that set the brand apart in a competitive market
• Plan, oversee, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Partner with creative teams and agencies to deliver memorable brand experiences
• Analyze performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
• Stay ahead of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity
• Leverage data and insights to guide product positioning and new market opportunities
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget
• Track KPIs (CAC, ROI, engagement, conversions) and report on campaign impact
