Job Description
Our client has an exciting opportunity available for a Head of Legal position.
Requirements:
- BCom honors in Law or LLB
- Admitted Attorney would be advantageous.
- 5 to 8 years' experience in a similar role at Senior Management level.
- 3+ years' experience in managing a team.
- Manage the legal and compliance team.
- Manage all legal affairs related to the structure of the organization.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with vendors, various legal authorities and external council.
- Advising on legal implications of company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that all contracts and legal documents are up-to-date and compliant with statutory law.
