The Head of IT will lead and oversee the entire IT function within the automotive group, ensuring that systems, infrastructure, and processes are aligned with business objectives. A strong focus will be placed on managing Autoline and Dealer Management Systems (DMS), driving digital transformation, delivering IT strategy, and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop the IT department, ensuring delivery of robust and efficient IT services.
Oversee the management, integration, and optimization of Autoline and DMS systems across all business units.
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service agreements.
Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance across all systems.
Deliver presentations to stakeholders, including board members, to provide updates on IT strategy, system performance, and innovations.
Identify and implement emerging technologies to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Provide end-user training, support, and system upgrades to ensure optimal system use.
Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud solutions, and business applications.
Lead system migration, integration projects, and digital transformation initiatives.
Act as the primary liaison between IT and business functions, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree advantageous).
Minimum 8-10 years of IT management experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
Proven experience with Autoline and other DMS platforms is essential.
Strong track record of leading IT teams, managing budgets, and delivering business-focused IT solutions.
Experience with system implementation, integration, and large-scale IT projects.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance standards.
