- Oversee compliance with labor legislation, safety standards, and nuclear workforce requirements.
- Implement performance management, learning and development, and succession planning strategies.
- Drive employee engagement, wellness, and diversity initiatives.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
