Lead and manage all hospitality operations across the clubhouse, halfway house, bar, and event venues
Provide strong operational leadership to the Head Chef, F&B Manager, Events Manager, and service teams
Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus that delight members and guests while meeting financial and profitability objectives
Oversee seamless execution of functions and events, in partnership with the Events Manager who manages client liaison
Mentor, train, and inspire hospitality teams to consistently deliver service excellence
Maintain top-tier standards of quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety
Oversee budgets, stock control, supplier relationships, procurement and cost management
Drive initiatives to elevate the member and guest experience, strengthening the club's reputation as a premier hospitality destination
Minimum 8 years' experience in the hospitality industry
At least 3 years in a senior leadership role within F&B or hospitality management
Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
Proven ability to lead multiple teams and deliver operational excellence
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
A passion for service excellence, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences
