Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Finance to join our finance team. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving financial excellence across the division while contributing to broader business strategy and growth.
The Head of Finance provides strategic, commercial, operational, and people leadership across the Security, Landscaping and Parking business units. The role ensures disciplined financial management, strong commercial governance, robust reporting, improved profitability, cashflow optimisation, and business sustainability.
The Head of Finance partners with the Divisional Managing Director, Business Unit Executives, Operations, HR, Commercial, Shared Services and Group Finance to deliver accurate financial information, drive transformation, ensure compliance, mitigate financial risk, cashflow management, asset management and optimisation 6 etc, support growth, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
The role is accountable for integrating financial strategy, commercial decision support, cash and banking governance, forex management, project leadership, and operational finance across all business units.
