As the Head of Finance, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the company, ensuring effective management and strategic decision-making. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis, as well as providing guidance and insights to support the business growth. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the overall success and financial stability of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the management team to support decision-making and business growth.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, and auditors.
• Review and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to the management and board of directors.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA(SA) qualification is required.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a recruitment or professional services industry.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial reporting software and ERP systems.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
