They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant to join their team as the Head of Finance. As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in the organization's financial management and strategy, reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to lead and shape the financial future of this growing company.
:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and related teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and international accounting standards.
- Audit and Compliance: Coordinate annual financial audits and maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations. Formulation and maintenance of financial policies and procedures
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
- Financial Planning: Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitor financial performance, and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Budgeting: take charge of the budgeting process
Qualified CA(SA) with 8-10 years experience
Retail experience or Property experience
