Possess strong influencing, negotiating, and persuasion skills in addition to good coaching, counselling, and consulting skills. Have the confidence to act in occasionally uncertain circumstances while displaying a flexible and cooperative working style.
Education:
- CA(SA) with TIPP articles
- 10 years post articles
- Financial services Industry (banking and insurance preferred)
