About Estate Concierge Services: ECS is an innovative start up, people-focused business that provides an array of services designed to make the processes surrounding the death of a loved one as painless as possible; and enables financial services providers to differentiate themselves in a commoditized market. Our founders have a combined 50 years experience in the Financial Services industry, having run and developed insurance businesses across South Africa. ECS helps families navigate difficult times when a loved one passes away, assisting with everything from insurance claims to the final winding up of estates. The Role: Building and delivering the operating model for fiduciary operations at ECS, including team, processes and environment design Performance management of full time employees including facilitation of annual performance review, bonus and goal/objective setting Work with Business leaders to firstly define and secondly drive improvements to Process resulting in improved KPIxe2x80x99s with a focus on client service Accountability for management of core Fiduciary KPIs xe2x80x93 Time to Invoice (TTI) and Days Receivables Outstanding (DRO) Responsibility and oversight of Credit Control and Invoicing activities within the fiduciary team Build and operate the financial and internal controls with the respective teams within ECS Driving best practice, focused on both Client & Business outcomes Analyse and deliver focused management information to stakeholders when required Assist in the design and development of the existing technology platform and explore new solutions Whatxe2x80x99s in it for you? Market related Salary (depending on skills and experience) Annual performance bonus Requirements: Imperitive Requirements: Grade 12 SA Citizen Legal qualification or certification in deceased estates 5 -10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in managing the DEA environment Other Requirements: Good understanding of operational excellence with the ability to coach colleagues to implement strategies and manage change Experience of leading a large scale fiduciary or customer accounts operation, with a good understanding of the work Be prepared to build a world class Fiduciary/DEA team from start-up phase Experience working in a Regulated environment Ability to build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders throughout all levels and functions of the organization Strong leader with effective communication and influencing skills Strong analytical skills Quantitative, fact-based approach to decision making Demonstrated financial acumen and commercial mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills What makes you stand out: Team player, evidence of working collaboratively Proven track record in building a team and function from a zero base Evidence of being somebody who can innovate and drive ongoing improvements to the operation Good working knowledge and/or an accounting qualification would be an asset Job Type: Full-time Salary: R50,000.00 - R80,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
