Here's your opportunity to harness your 10 years' Electrical Engineering and Management/Leadership experience in the world of Renewable Energy solutions in the Commercial and Industrial space. Being risk averse and meticulous in ensuring all design specs are followed, all calculations are correct and that all policies and procedures are in place is your area of expertise and passion.
- Bsc/BEng/Btech Electrical Engineering with PR Eng/PrTechEng is a must.
- 10 - 12 years' Electrical Engineering & a minimum of 5 years' in a leadership or management role
- Experience in BESS and 5 years+ in the C&I Solar Sector.
- Experience in planning & implementing business strategies commercially
- Risk verse - process & planning oriented with strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to delegate, motivate and engage in client interactions with satisfactory results
