What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll head up a skilled team of engineers, overseeing the full lifecycle of solar and energy engineering projects, from design and budgeting through to execution and compliance. You'll guide the development of advanced technologies like microgrids and storage systems, stay ahead of industry trends, and represent the company at key events. As a member of the executive leadership team, your input will help shape strategic direction. Day-to-day, you'll ensure smooth operations, clear delegation, and high-quality output while supporting your team's professional growth.

What you'll need You're a registered Pr. Eng with at least 9 years' experience in engineering, including 5+ in leadership roles, preferably within the solar and engineering sectors. You bring postgraduate qualifications in engineering or solar energy and strong command of tools like Helioscope, PVSyst, PV Sol, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Equally important are your people skills, critical thinking, and ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams.
