Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and expand an established engineering team (mechanical, electrical & controls). Recruit, mentor, and develop technical talent for long-term growth. Oversee factory operations and build a structured operations team to increase production. Drive process, quality, and efficiency improvements across engineering and manufacturing. Collaborate closely with the MD (SA) and CEO (US) on strategy and growth execution. Play a pivotal role in preparing the business for both relocation and global expansion.
Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of senior engineering & operations leadership experience. Background in mechanical / electrical / controls engineering (pumps, water systems, or manufacturing experience a strong plus). Proven ability to scale teams and operations in a high-growth environment. Strong knowledge of production operations, quality systems, and project delivery. * A collaborative, forward-thinking leader excited to take on the challenge of relocation and expansion.
