Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel equipment and fleet of vehicles
Plan and schedule regular maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly
Work closely with hotel managers and department heads to resolve maintenance requests quickly and efficiently
Implement and manage a preventative maintenance program, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Lead engineering projects, ensuring minimal downtime for equipment
Manage stock levels and maintain records of equipment and supplies
Manage, train, and develop your team to ensure they have the necessary skills
Prepare annual maintenance budgets, including CAPEX items and labour costs
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards
Matric (Grade 12)
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Facilities, or Maintenance (beneficial)
Valid driver's license
At least 5 years of experience in Engineering/Facilities/Maintenance Management
Hotel or property maintenance experience (advantageous)
Proficient in MS Office
Strong planning, budgeting, and process management skills
Experience with preventative maintenance planning and execution
Focused on quality, innovation, and delivering excellent results
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
Between 5 - 7 Years
