My client is looking for an enthusiastic professional to lead their development team in the exciting world of FMCG retail IT jobs. Recruit and engage permanent and contract team members, building strong relationships with development business partners. Manage the delivery of multiple simultaneous system development projects from design through to release, thinking critically, adapting to challenges, and making sound decisions under pressure. Control development timelines and commitments, help drive product strategy for the group's systems, and work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination across operations for seamless implementation of existing and new systems. Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a similar role leading development teams.
Highly technical and hands-on capable, with a desire to remain an expert in current technologies--relevant for .net developer jobs, java developer jobs, or similar developer vacancies
Strong planning and organization skills
A passion for people management and the ability to lead and influence others
Technical expertise in development, architecture, frameworks, and integration methods
Experience in managing multiple projects, adapting to changing environments, and driving team performance in jobs in IT or information technology jobs
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or 3-Year tertiary qualification in IT.
