Job Description
My client is looking for a Head of Credit and Lending Solutions to join their financial services division. This individual needs to ensure end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management and the ongoing monitoring of credit and lending propositions.
Duties:
- Risk Appetite and Pricing
- Customer monitoring structures and processes
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Product revenue, servicing cost structures and market penetration
- Manage delivery teams
- Market conduct, risk and compliance requirements
- Credit Income statement and commercial performance expectations
- Governance and compliance (products and solutions)
- Research, analyse and interpret customer insight data
- Design, build and delivery of proposition products, features and solutions
- Undergrad in Business/Commerce
- Min. 8 years in credit and lending
- 3 5 years in Risk and Compliance
