Job Summary

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Marketing (or equivalent)
5-7 years experience in media and marketing/sales
Management experience at a recognized media house
Proven track record in working closely with Sales to ensure revenue growth
Excellent networking skills and a database of key stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
Report Writing and presenting
Basic Ability to draft legally binding partnership documents

KPAs:

Develop tactical consumer and trade strategies that build listener-ship and drives revenue.
Identify; brands/talent that could drive station's goals
Develop station's stake holder engagement
Accountable for overall Brand budget and adherence to budget constraints
Staff management
