Job Summary
What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Designing and executing collections and recovery strategies for all secured lending portfolios, including property, tangible, and intangible assets.
• Overseeing end-to-end collections operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and risk management.
• Leading the rehabilitation and restructuring process of distressed assets, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
• Providing strategic leadership and guidance to a high-performing collections team, while driving continuous improvement.
• Partnering with internal legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure holistic and sustainable recovery efforts.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and reporting on collection performance, risks, and recovery targets.

You'll Need To Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Quantitative Studies, or similar (CRM certification advantageous).
• 10+ years of functional leadership experience within collections, recoveries, or secured credit risk in the banking sector.
• Deep understanding of foreclosure processes, portfolio analysis, and legal/regulatory frameworks.
• A proven track record of designing high-impact collections strategies with tangible business results.
• Solid understanding of risk, governance, and compliance protocols.
• Experience with secured lending products, particularly home loans/mortgage portfolios, is essential.
