Head of Solutions & Portfolio for EMEA Cloud Software and Services (CSS) SL Network Management (NM)
to lead, plan and manage products / solutions, drive competence builds up, ensure business and capacity planning for both new and existing offering, across the Network Management domain in EMEA
This senior leadership role is responsible for
market development, solution portfolio ownership, and key client engagement
, with the goal of driving revenue, expanding market share, ensuring monetization of existing and new portfolio, introduce new offering, and shaping the future of our offerings.
The position reports to the
Head of CSS SL NM for EMEA
and is a key member of the
EMEA CSS NM Leadership Team
. Location will be in one of our major hubs in EMEA, with final placement determined during the selection process.
What You Will Do:
Define and execute the
Network Management product and solution portfolio strategy
across EMEA, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, customer needs, and market trends.
Partner with
Customer Units
to develop and implement
business growth strategies
.
Lead
go-to-market (GTM) initiatives
for Network Management offerings, including upselling, monetization and sales acceleration programs, thought leadership forums, and knowledge-sharing workshops.
Monitor
market dynamics, competitor positioning, and customer demands
to influence solution roadmaps and ensure portfolio relevance.
Collaborate with
Product Management, Sales Support, Service Delivery, and Marketing
to maintain a competitive and future-ready portfolio.
Drive
efficiency, automation
,
innovation, differentiation, and value proposition articulation
across Network Management products and services.
Ensure
sales readiness and business excellence initiatives
that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen delivery capabilities.
Lead solution positioning, proposal development, including
value-based selling
for large transformation opportunities.
Track and maintain the installed base
across EMEA, ensuring lifecycle evolution and alignment with portfolio strategy.
Serve as the
escalation point for portfolio-related topics
and collaborate with global solution lines to resolve roadmap, feature, and delivery challenges.
Represent the company as a
thought leader
at industry events, conferences, and analyst briefings.
Own portfolio performance metrics, including revenue contribution, solution win rate, and customer satisfaction KPIs
Mentor and empower sales and solution teams to achieve cohesive execution of business objectives.
Act as a
senior representative
of Network Management domain in executive-level discussions and customer engagements.
What You Will Bring:
University degree in
Engineering/ICT, MBA or equivalent experience
.
15+ years of experience
in the telecom software industry with deep expertise in the
Network Management domain.
Proven track record in
business development, solution leadership, and portfolio management.
Strong understanding of
telecom networks, the role of network management, network operations, IT systems, cloud-native architecture, AI/automation, and digital transformation
.
Demonstrated leadership in managing
large-scale opportunities and deals, partnerships, and pre-sales engagements
in the network management domain.
Exceptional
storytelling and visionary thinking
, with the ability to translate complex technologies into clear business value.
Strong
commercial acumen
with experience in driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
Excellent
executive presence, negotiation, and stakeholder management
skills.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to
mobilize cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
