Build Our Legacy: Founding Head of Client Partnerships (Johannesburg, Hybrid)

This means no legacy systems, no bureaucracy--just a blank page and a critical mission. This will be hard, but it will be yours.

We are looking for our first partner in South Africa to build our client engine. This is a hybrid role based in Johannesburg.

Your Mission: Architect of First Impressions and Growth

You will be the first voice our clients hear and the architect of their journey with us. You will convert interest into life-changing action, and in doing so, you will directly fuel our growth. Because of that, your rewards are tied directly to our shared success.

Your Growth Pathway: Build, Lead, and Own

Your progression and pay are designed to scale with the value you create, using the company's revenue as our shared benchmark for success. This is a transparent partnership.

Growth Path & Earnings

Gate 1: The Builder -- Prove Your Skill

Company Milestone:

< $2M annual run-rate (ground-floor build)

Rate:

R100/hr

Your Role:

Build the system from scratch.

Earnings:

15% commission on the first week's invoice of every client you onboard.

Gate 2: The Leader -- Scale Your Impact

Company Milestone:

? $3.2M annual run-rate (sustainable growth)

Rate:

R240/hr

Your Role:

Lead with a team built around you.

Earnings:

15% on your own clients + 5% override on the first invoice of every client your team secures.

Gate 3: The Owner -- Lead the Department

Company Milestone:

? $5M annual run-rate (national scale)

Rate:

R360/hr

Your Role:

Lead the South African client partnership department.

Earnings:

15% on key clients + 5% override on the entire department's output.

Your Impact & Income: The Power of Discovery

Your commission is based on 15% of the first week's invoice you secure. Your ability to see the whole client--not just the initial request--is how you win. This is where you unlock exceptional earnings.

The Transaction:

A client asks for 10 hours of basic support. First Invoice: ~R 8,125 Your 15% Commission:

The Transformation:

You connect, listen, and discover they need a full package of support work, specialist therapies, and family coordination. First Invoice: ~R 55,000 Your 15% Commission:

R 8,250

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in Johannesburg.

We find that candidates who are energized by the initial build phase and the clear upside of this model typically share our deep commitment to the mission. This alignment is a powerful positive signal for us.
