Job Summary
Responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives across Group Compliance, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, organizational objectives, and risk management frameworks. Provides leadership in change management, governance, and optimization of compliance processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the change management strategy for Group Compliance. Partner with senior leadership to align change initiatives with business objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Oversee risk assessments and mitigation strategies for change programs. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Lead large-scale transformation projects from planning to implementation. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.

Technical CompetenciesChange Management Frameworks: Deep understanding of methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter's Model. Project & Program Management: Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira; knowledge of Agile a and Waterfall. Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of compliance standards. Risk Management: Expertise in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies. Data Analytics & Reporting: Ability to analyze data and use tools like Power BI or Tableau. Technology Enablement: Understanding of digital transformation tools and platforms. Budgeting & Financial Acumen: Competence in cost estimation and financial tracking.

Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or change management. Proven track record in leading strategic transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance standards.
