Job Summary Hire Resolve is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business Development to join our client in the solar energy sector. As the Head of Business Development, you will play a key role in driving growth and innovation in the renewable energy industry.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the solar industry
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including project development, partnerships, and acquisitions
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers
• Lead negotiations and close deals with new clients and partners
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, partners, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery
• Monitor and report on business development activities and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years proven track record in business development within the solar industry (non-negotiable)
• Strong knowledge of solar technologies, products, and market trends
• Experience in project development, including feasibility assessments, financial modeling, and risk analysis
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as required
