Ensure the quality of the sales teams in the MAN Centers.
Initiate point of sale design within the framework of MAN SE instructions and guidelines.
Provide market specific & sector related data to MAN SE.
Define requirements for technical support for add-ons/ conversions for projects/ tenders.
Responsible for all product, sales and driver training courses.
Determine all discount framework for MAN Centres.
Continuously identify improvement potential & track improvement initiatives in sales.
Carry out volume management/ balancing between the MAN Centers in the sales region.
Perform benchmarking of MAN Centres and identify improvement potential.
Participate in the UPL process by developing targets for the MAN Centers & track performance.
Responsible for the Bus range product planning, strategy and sales engineering.
Responsible for vehicle homologation, safety and legal compliance.
Ensure market related pricing of products & services for optimized profitability in bus ranges.
Participate in all relevant planning cycle & give accurate forecasting for sales monthly & yearly.
Align and interact with the production plant on production planning.
Align and interact with the Order Management team to ensure optimised working capital at all times.
Build up and extend the management of bodybuilders in the region.
Evaluate the sales network quality and initiate improvement measures.
Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor's Degree.
Skills:
Analytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them.
Able to create confidence and to manage a cooperative partnership.
High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Possess solution orientated thinking and be customer orientated.

Experience:
Sales experience within the heavy commercial vehicles industry - 10 years.
Previous management experience desired - 10 years.
