- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in Asset Management, Infrastructure Investment, Renewable Energy, or utilities
- Proven track record in Asset Management
- Solid grasp of SLA and Stakeholder Engagement
- Experience in solar and BESS Asset Management
