Job Description
Job Summary
Extensive experience in payment systems, especially transaction processing in retail environments (non-negotiable)
Strong technical background; software development or architecture experience highly advantageous
Ability to translate business requirements into modular, scalable technical solutions
Proven analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
Team leadership experience (can be minimal, as the team is highly mature)
Qualification:
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field preferred
Solid experience in retail payments or transaction processing essential
Exposure to development, testing, and software architecture desirable
