- 5- 10 years experience at an Adtech company or agency
- Fully digitally skilled/savvy
- Understands programmatic - DSPs, SSPs, exchange, bidding
- A good leader who is invested and dedicated to the success of clients campaigns
- Good working knowledge of data and insights
