Head IT Program Delivery - JhbWhat will you do?The Head:IT Program Delivery, will be responsible for overseeing, managing and evolving all aspects related to SC digital services, and management universe. This role is critical to Sanlam Corporate IT Strategic Plan, in particular the ambition to maximise member engagement by becoming a xe2x80x98smart data drivenxe2x80x99 association and improve the Sanlam Corporate online community.What will make you successful in this role?Develop a new digital strategy for Sanlam Corporate ITManage existing systems and lead the development of new projects from inception through to delivery into a production environment, and to manage all SC IT capabilitiesCollaborate and work closely with staff, especially managers, to assess the needs of users within the context of their business environment.Develop and implement an effective IT CRM strategy for SC Development of modular solutions that, by design, should integrate with all SC Publishing digital systems, including the Connect platform, SC Publishing pay per-view contents, SC generated contents, member data and web user data to create a personalised user experience for every profile in the SC digital world.The Head of IT Transformation will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and the position will include membership of the senior management team with some general responsibilities for the associationxe2x80x99s overall strategy and work planning; participation in the senior management team meetingsBuild a successful career with usWexe2x80x99re all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
