In this duel role as Head Hostess/ Assistant floor manager you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and setting the tone for a memorable dining experience. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless service and create a warm welcome for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests, managing reservations and waitlists efficiently. Manage the flow of guests, ensuring that tables are turned promptly, and guests are seated in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of reservations, waitlists, and table assignments. Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure that guests' needs are met. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Daily Tasks

Manage the reservation book, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Greet and welcome guests, offering menus and escorting them to their tables. Manage the waitlist, communicating wait times and seating guests in a timely manner. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and surrounding areas. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.

Additional Responsibilities

Handle phone calls, responding to inquiries and taking reservations in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with special requests, such as birthday celebrations or special occasions, to create a memorable experience for our guests. Work with the service team to ensure that guests' needs are met and that their experience is exceptional. Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
