Candidate requirements;

Must have at least two years in a Head Guide position, at a luxury five star property
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience at a five star luxury property
Experience managing a team of 10 + is preferred
FGASA or VDPA Lead Trails, KNP proficiency will be a bonus.
ARH & Rifle proficiency / SAPS Competency Certificate essential
Valid Drivers license, PDP and First Aid Level 2 essential with Wilderness component
Must be CATHSSETA/NDT Registered
Must have strong leadership, organization, and time management skills
Must be able to communicate well with guides and take charge of the department.
Must be guest centric, with the experience to ensure the guiding team provides a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
Must have a stable employment history
Must reference incredibly well!

Live in position, 3 weeks on 1 week off leave cycle.
21 Annual Leave Days after a year of service.
