The Head of Digital Adoption is responsible in increasing the adoption of all our digital channels, feature usage and transaction revenue.

  • Works multiple internal and external stakeholders, as well as a cross functional team (including Marketing, Product, Client Coverage, Platform and Measurement), to drive growth in the number of clients that register and use our digital platforms
  • Understands market trends (local and international) as well as customer needs and utilises this information to further develop and help mould the digital channel adoption plans
  • Understands competitor digital value proposition strategies and their positioning in respect of digital banking channel solutions.
  • Analyse internal data (including customers, competitors and the external environment) and use this information to drive digital adoption initiatives
  • Ensures competitor and industry tracking and benchmarking are conducted through insight teams within PPB SA.
  • Translates customer requirements into digital channel insights.
  • Evaluates and understands where each product is in terms of its lifecycle and provides support and input into further adoption for purposes of increasing revenue and improving customer experience.
  • Drives customer value and adoption of new and existing features by identifying the triggers for customer behaviour and recommending strategies that will lead to a change in customer behaviour as it pertains to digital banking.
  • Accountable for managing the business risk and ensures that the build is aligned to risk and compliance requirements.
Qualifications

8-10 years Experience in managing product and solution delivery, delivering business value, managing teams and managing IT projects with multidisciplinary teams. Experience in effectively managing relationships across the value chain to deliver a programme of work. Experience in effectively managing front to back delivery teams i.e. business, specialised functions (SME's) and IT delivery. Strong business and product background. Strong technical / IT understanding.

3 years working in an eCommerce environment
