Overall development, ownership and management of Access Bank's total product portfolio, compelling customer value propositions, integrated pricing strategies & governance framework. Collaborate to develop and implement robust customer profitability and pricing models. Develop self-service and customer digital banking channels strategies and enablement across all the bank customer segments. Work with front-line businesses, Project Management Office and IT to implement digital projects. The role is responsible for developing comprehensive roadmap and profitability of the portfolio under management by applying the requisite life cycle management approaches. The role will be required to lead, develop and or enhance the transactional banking capabilities in all our customer segments. This role is responsible for the product portfolio health analyses and implementation of approaches and strategies to improve this. Collaborate with marketing and frontline-businesses to develop product and sales material and collaboratively run RM product straining intervention.
