Our focus is on wholesome ingredients, great coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a skilled Chef/Manager to lead our kitchen and daily operations.

We are seeking a dynamic Chef/Manager who can oversee both culinary operations and business management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthy food, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen & Culinary Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and cook high-quality, healthy meals, snacks, and beverages.
- Develop seasonal menus with a focus on fresh, nutritious ingredients.
- Maintain food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Manage kitchen inventory, stock control, and supplier orders.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.

Management & Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth service.
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and training.
- Handle customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Monitor sales, costs, and profitability.
- Implement and maintain efficient workflows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef (preferably in a cafe, health food, or similar setting).
- Strong management skills with experience leading a team.
- Knowledge of healthy cooking techniques and dietary trends.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic financial understanding (stock control, budgeting, etc.).
- Food safety certification (advantageous).
