Job Description

Responsibilities-

Takes full responsibility of the kitchen.

Overseas daily operations, providing a proactive work

Environment to team members.

Ensure operating systems are up to date, inputting correct recipes and pricing.

Minimize waste, beable to plan, organize up and coming events and order in stock accordingly

Manage, track and minimize breakages and ensure efficient OE usage, using daily management

Check lists and taking appropriate action as required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on approach needs to be able to train staff, delegate and be a good strong leader, by setting an example to the rest.

A creative and innovative thinker, willing and able to inspire teams to exceed guests' expectations at all times.

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications and experience



At least 10 years' experience in the kitchen operations

Degree/ Diploma in culinary arts/Chef/ Hospitality management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R22000,00 - R25000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Worcester, Western Cape 6857: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Primary (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
