We're seeking a creative, passionate, and highly skilled Head Chef to take full ownership of kitchen operations. This role combines hands-on cooking with team leadership, menu development, and operational excellence. Duties & Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and mentor the kitchen team. Design seasonal, innovative menus aligned with our brand. Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships. Control food costs and minimise waste. Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations (HACCP). Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff.
Skills and Competencies Experienced Head Chef ready to step up. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage a high-performing kitchen team. Creativity and passion for developing new dishes. Excellent organisational and budgeting skills. Strong understanding of food safety and allergen guidelines.
